The best-known labels of Santorini are Nykteri, a dry, white aged wine of the Assyrtiko variety and the delightful, intoxicating Vinsanto with its intense sweet taste. The unique taste and aroma of Santorini’s wines brought them to the forefront of the international wine tasting community.

On the third day explore the archaeological site of Akrotiri, often referred to as the ‘Greek Pompeii’. From there you can visit the famous Red Beach and relax on the unique red sand while taking a dip in the crystal clear waters

Paths
Fira – Oia
Walking on the rim of the caldera on one of the most impressive routes in the Aegean. The total distance is 9 km and the images one enjoys are forever in the memory. The cobbled path passes Firostefani, the monastery of Agios Nikolaos, Imerovigli with Skaros, Prophet Ilias.
It is worth stopping at the pass with the panoramic view towards the western and eastern sides of Santorini. Then you will climb the Black Mountain which has the small church of the Cross at the top, and you will end up in Oia.
Prophet Elias – Ancient Thera
It is an easy 45′ path that offers views from above to Perissa, Kamari and the surrounding Cycladic islands. It starts from the monastery of Prophet Ilias, above the Tower.
